Invite new collaborators

In order to manage your organization's or project's members list, you must have the administrator privilege. Read more about permissions.

Inviting a new coworker at the organization level

  1. Organization dashboardVisit your organization dashboard
  2. Members tabHit the "Members" menu item
  3. Organization invitation formFill the invitation form with a valid email, and choose an appropriate role for this user. We will send an invitation link to your colleague.
  4. Let your coworker accept the invitation ✨

Inviting a new coworker in a given project

  1. Organization dashboardVisit your organization dashboard
  2. Settings buttonFor each project, the "settings" button, next to the project name, allows to manage the settings for this project.
  3. Hit the "members" tab
  4. Project invitation formFill the form with a valid email, and choose the appropriate role. If the email address is already a member of the organization, it will be directly added to the project. Else, we will send an invitation link to your colleague.
  5. Let your coworker accept the invitation ✨

Accepting an invitation

If you have recently received and invitation email to join a redirection.io organization or project, here are the steps to accept it:

  1. in your mailbox, open the invitation email and click on the “Join the organization” (or "Join the project") button in order to accept the invite
  2. If you are already logged in, you will be added to the project or organization. Else, you first have to login or create an account
