redirection.io’s mission is to provide website managers with relevant tools to check the proper functioning of their website, to be alerted in case of issues, and to easily correct these problems.
The innovative solution provided by redirection.io has no equivalent on the market. Designed and developed in Paris, France, it allows marketing or SEO managers to focus on quality, with the objective of reducing traffic errors encountered by their users, improving the user experience, and allowing to measure and monitor the proper functioning of Web platforms.
Our clients are located in France as well as internationally, on all continents, and range from small startups to (very) large global corporations.
redirection.io is at a stage of its development where it has a unique technology, resulting from a long development process. Our customer base is large, mixing large international groups and startups, and the feedback from our customers is very positive on the relevance, efficiency and usefulness of the product.
In this context, we are looking to accelerate our development by recruiting a sales manager, who will be in charge of setting up processes to increase the customer base of redirection.io. In a non-exhaustive way, this includes:
- research of new customers and prospects
- monitoring the customer satisfaction
- collection of opinions / testimonials
- response to simple support requests
- managing the customer base
- creation of product demonstration materials
- product presentation in video
- hosting webinar type events
- identification of relevant conferences, animation of our promotional spaces
- setting up and running a partnership program for agencies and accommodation providers
- establishment of “tailor-made” commercial proposals
- follow-up of contractualization steps

From a Business School background, you have a first significant experience in the development of a SaaS platform and associated issues. You are perfectly bilingual (our customer base is international) and have a particular interest in the web, tech and startup ecosystems.
You master the traffic acquisition process, the notion of customer reassurance, sales prospecting, and you are willing to be helpful to our prospects in the context of their projects. You are at ease with social networks and can engage in proactive traffic acquisition or community animation.
The solution proposed by redirection.io is meant to be simple to use for our users, but it relies on quite advanced concepts, and addresses non-trivial technical challenges. This is why it is important that you have a strong interest in new technologies and have had an initial awareness of the challenges of the Web and SaaS ecosystem.
You must be perfectly at ease in French and English, especially orally, and you must be able to write perfectly (our clients are international).
