What are you doing ? Does your agency have any specialities/specificities?

We have expertise in the PHP & Symfony ecosystem, in particular, but also in other server-side technologies. We also have a very strong knowledge of the javascript world - in particular React / react native and other technologies gravitating around this stack. In general, we like to use technical solutions that allow us to achieve a very qualitative result - we're always looking for performance, reliability, standards, robustness and ergonomics. Fundamentally, we enjoy complex technical projects and are capable of finding solutions to the most complicated problems.

Who are your usual customers?

Our clients range from young startups to large international groups, in all business areas. Our job is not to write code by the mile; instead, it's to help our customers achieve their objectives. In this sense, we see ourselves more as problem solvers, capable of implementing innovative solutions to address sometimes unfamiliar contexts.

What does redirection.io bring you as part of your missions?

So much flexibility! We use it for monitoring the traffic of the website of our customers, detect errors and get notifications when issues happen. Also, it makes it a lot easier to fix small issues in a matter of minutes: the Google Search Console property validation, the management of HTTP headers, blocking some bad bot who has been crawling the website, etc.

Without redirection.io, the migration phase would have been longer and more chaotic.

How did you integrate redirection.io into your offer?

Basically, redirection.io is one of the de-facto tools that we propose to our customers. We have a very close relationship with the redirection.io team, but also with other software vendors who provide other good solutions. Using redirection.io lets us ship websites with a great insight on its quality, that our customers can check too. redirection.io provides us with facts and with measurable KPIs that can be shared with our customers, to this is definitely one of our "daily toolbox" item.

Although not compulsory for us, using redirection.io on a professional website is however strongly recommended. There are numerous situaions where it litteraly saved us from very bad mistakes, so it is definitely well worth the price.

How are the results of using redirection.io measured? Do you have any metrics that change using the tool?

My KPIs: the number of emails sent by the SEO consultant for redirects and other frontend-related improvements has dropped drastically 😁 More seriously, all the features offered by the solution are a very good complement to the technical monitoring that we use to setup:

• the weekly digest in something that marketing managers can understand
• the traffic alerts directly send us Slack messages when something wrong is happening
• the Analytics are complete and accurate. We can challenge functional choices based on real traffic data

What is your favorite product feature?

The "recipes list" made me learn a lot about several tweaks that should always be applied to customer websites. But I also like the crawler, which is fast (and I mean really fast, crawling million-pages websites can be done in a couple of hours) and the traffic anomaly alerts.
